Binance Reverses Planned Reduction in TradFi Perps Taker Fee Discount
Binance has announced that a planned reduction in the taker fee discount for its TradFi Perps (Traditional Finance Perpetual) trading product will not be implemented. The exchange had previously communicated that the discount for VIP 4 to 9 users would be lowered from 50% to 40%, effective November 5, 2026.
However, in a subsequent update, Binance stated that the 50% taker fee discount will remain in effect until further notice. This latest announcement supersedes the earlier communication dated October 28, 2026.
The promotion period for these fees began on March 31, 2026, and will continue indefinitely.
