Tokenized Securities to Distribute Dividends via Multiplier Adjustment

Binance, through its affiliate BTech Holdings Limited, will distribute dividends to holders of its tokenized securities, known as bStocks, representing interests in Marvell Technology (MRVL) and Oracle Corporation (ORCL). These bStocks are classified as certificates representing certain financial instruments, not direct ownership of the underlying shares.

Dividend Distribution Mechanism

On-chain holders of MRVLB and ORCLB, the tokenized representations of Marvell and Oracle respectively, will receive their dividend payouts through a multiplier adjustment. This adjustment will be applied to eligible holders based on a record date snapshot taken on October 9, 2026, at 00:00 UTC. Trading of MRVLB/USDT and ORCLB/USDT pairs will continue unaffected.

Service Suspensions for Token Conversion and Transfers

To facilitate the dividend distribution process, several services will be temporarily suspended. The token conversion service, allowing 1:1 swaps between Marvell stock and MRVLB bStocks, and Oracle stock and ORCLB bStocks, will cease at 23:30 UTC on October 8, 2026. Concurrently, deposits and withdrawals for MRVLB and ORCLB tokens will also be suspended. Users are advised to ensure sufficient time for any pending deposits to be fully processed before this deadline.

Resumption of Services and Dividend Crediting

Deposits, withdrawals, and the token conversion service for MRVLB and ORCLB will resume once the dividend distribution is complete. No further announcements will be made regarding the resumption of these services. Users will also have the option to subscribe to recovery notifications where available. Dividends earned from assets held in other Binance accounts, such as Savings or Margin accounts, will be credited to the user’s Spot Account.

Binance will manage all technical aspects of this dividend distribution event for its users. Dividends will be subject to withholding tax deductions before reinvestment and distribution.
