BitoPro Partners with Bankee for Direct USD to USDT Conversion Service

BitoPro, a cryptocurrency exchange under BitoGroup, has launched a new service enabling users to directly convert US dollars (USD) into Tether (USDT). This initiative, available since October 21, 2026, is a collaboration with Far Eastern Commercial Bank’s (Bankee) digital banking service, aiming to simplify the allocation of funds into the virtual asset market.

The 24/7 service is designed to offer a more efficient and convenient method for investors to manage their USD assets. According to BitoGroup, it eliminates multiple conversion steps, thereby reducing potential exchange rate losses and saving time.

This partnership integrates Bankee’s digital banking platform, featuring an upgraded dedicated investment settlement account and a USD trust mechanism managed by Bankee for enhanced asset protection. The BitoPro X Bankee dedicated investment settlement account, first launched in 2024, has reportedly been well-received.

To commemorate the launch, BitoPro is offering a 50% discount on USD to USDT exchange fees until October 31, 2026. Additionally, from October to December 2026, specified USD top-ups will receive a bonus of 200 USDT. Users of the BitoPro X Bankee account also receive a 3.5 cent discount on USD exchange rates and a monthly transfer limit of up to $170,000 USD.

BitoPro has registered with Taiwan’s Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) for virtual asset services. BitoGroup, established in 2014, aims to make blockchain accessible for daily use and assist users in entering the Web3 era.
